During my recent Route 66 tour I stayed in a number of motels. To be honest most blurr into indistinction! Large room, comfortable bed, good shower and hot b'fast was all pretty standard for a comfortable 1/2 nights. This was a pretty standard US motel with the usual facilities. I cannot even remember this one but if it had been below par I would have done. So only fair to give it an 8.0.

The concierge gentleman was very pleasant, cheerful, helpful. The lady who opened up every morning & put out bfast was very sweet, kind. I would definitely stay at this 1 over & over again. Our room was very vlean, bathroom smelled like it had just been cleaned. Was given 2 extra blankets. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My sisters & I had a great time.

The room had 2 queen beds, all the appliances worked, and the air conditioner was great and not noisy. Lots of pillows and plenty of towels.

Waffles were good. Didn't try pastries - didn't look fresh. The frozen burritos should be replaced with something else - the tortilla doesn't do well frozen and cooked in the microwave. I realize cost is an issue when customers are few.

Beds were comfortable, staff was friendly and courteous, everything seemed clean. My wife was happy that the room did not have any odors or room deodorizers, like a lot of other places.

The receptionist was exceptional.there was a mixup on my part in booking but she quickly remedied problem and got checked quickly. The whole atmosphere was one of friendliness from front desk to housekeepers.
